AiCodec is co–founded by Nir Segal and Ravi Teja, who are leading the team in a pioneering mission of developing an AI & Business Automation Solutions (RPA/BPA), for GreenerWorld by turning the world’s most important AI research into transformative business applications.

AiCodec is an expansive privately–owned Canadian Artificial Intelligence R&D lab, as well as a growing network of specialized business partners that is ideal to take on your organization’s AIand Automation challenges. We can automate any process by our expertise and using cutting edge technologies like Automation Anywhere, BPAOnline, PEGA, Open Span, Blue prism and more.

We maintain our own comprehensive large in-house database of highly qualified and recommended senior professionals. We also have access to large network of referrals and market databases and internet recruiting sites. Apart from that, we also have our own lucrative referral programs and professional associations. We employ ethical recruiting practices. That clubbed with our reputation of enduring right match of talent–to–job ensures we always deliver and stand by our commitments.

  • Once a client gives us the role description, we go into details of what is the job that is needed to be done. This ensures that when we screen the candidates, we can make sure that the candidates can not only perform the job excellently but also add on with their excellence and experience to impact other related aspects of job more positively.
  • Post the detailed job description in hand, we create a very focused role description of the profile we are looking for. Thereby we ensure that the candidates are not misled into applying for something they are not cut out for. Â We then route the required role description into our source systems and are reputed to receive many responses. We sift through the applications and zero in on special few candidates who come closest to matching our job requirements. We then screen the candidates and establish the right person for the job. We like to give our clients an option for top 2–3 people we have established and let the client decide for themselves the best person.
  • Once the person starts delivering to the client, we stay on the radar to make sure that the client is not facing any problems and if need be, we step in to ensure everything is smooth on both the candidate as well as client side. Some of the right fit people are sometimes not necessarily looking for job. We have the experience and expertise to still bring these passive, yet talented people to you so they are a part of a Win–Win solution.
